Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene stickers are still in place.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
